Plate sealers

Plate sealers are used to perform the union of two or more parts. Its performance requires the contact with pressure and at the right temperature to ensure the melting and bonding of plastic. Thanks to the knowledge of COATRESA Grup, a specific technical antiadherent treatment can be applied according to their production needs, to ensure a continuous working capacity not needing to remove plastic debris attached to the metal. Sealing plates are very useful specially to manufacture and finalize packaging for pieces and food products (Teflon coated heat sealing plates), manufacture of all types of bags, sealings, as well as PP, PE, PVC or PU pipeline welding (pipe welding mirror plates).
