Gleitmo ® coating
The Gleitmo® product family, manufactured by Fuchs, comes with different additives i.e. lubricating elements such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and molybdenum disulphide (MoS2). A wide variety of products are available, including dry film coatings, high quality heavy-duty solid film lubricants, special grease pastes and pastes for lubrication and assembly purposes. Special formulations with white solid lubricants and high-temperature and oxygen-resistant lubricants complete the range.
Typical applications range from bearings and slide bearings to cover screws or bolts, slide rails and seals (e.g. O-ring seals).
