Coraflon Coating®

Coraflon®, an innovative line of FEVE fluoropolymer powder coatings, is designed for architectural applications on aluminum extrusions and sheets. These coatings meet FGIA/AAMA 2605 specifications and offer over 20% higher transfer efficiency than standard FEVE powder coatings.

The main features of CORAFLON® include:

• Wide gloss range: From 5 to 85, surpassing the conventional FEVE coatings' range of 25 to 70, allowing for greater aesthetic flexibility.
• Improved application efficiency: A transfer efficiency over 20% higher than standard FEVE coatings, reducing waste and the need for touch-ups.
• Environmental benefits: Formulated without substances such as TGIC, PFOA, fluorosurfactants, VOCs, HAPs, and Red List components from the Living Building Challenge, while also complying with REACH regulations.
• Enhanced corrosion resistance: Provides superior corrosion protection for aluminum with a single layer.
• New aesthetic options: This collection features a color palette with matte anodized finishes and textures that mimic natural materials like cement, stone, and terracotta.
